Abhinav makes sure that the company vision and direction are maintained and his responsibility is to create, grow and expand the company in the direction of his vision and the company vision which he has outlined.  He is the powerhouse behind the Abhiware company and keeps everyone on track.  He wouldn’t be able to achieve this success without the help of his team of motivated induviduals who are a big part of Abhiware listed below!

Seema’s role at Abhiware is to make sure we are supported in all areas such as making sure that we are following up with our suppliers, managing our clients and contacts as well as managing staff and staff requirements.  She is the glue to the company and makes sure that everything is working the way it should be.  Following the instructions of the company President it is her role to make sure that all departments within the company can communicate and she is responsible to make sure there is always communication between staff, customers and upper management.  Her energy and enthusiasm bring a much needed positive air to the company and helps us to grow.

Mandeep’s main role includes generating leads, closing sales as well as growing the investment arm of the business.  His drive and dedication to the business are exemplary and he is an asset to Abhiware as he pushes the company forward.  His positivity and motivation help to keep the company alive and growing daily.

Simon is our on-site manager here on the Canadian side of Abhiware.  During high volume times he manages our staff and helps in making sure that all our projects are met.  From Seminars to on-site tech support, Simon is usually available to help make sure the job gets done!

Amit’s role is to oversee all Indian operations with our current staff there.  Making sure that our projects are being done and supporting the whole Canadian staff is one of his current priorities.  As we grow his role is even more pivotal in shaping the company.  Keeping the company on track and running in the direction outlined by the founder is amongst Amit’s prime goals.

Rizwan’s current role is to oversee our current staff with client contracts.  His skills include programming and design.  Hard work and dedication are his strengths and he is a very valued new member of our team!

Anand is our new recruit and has just recently started with Abhiware.  We hope to see his skills grow as he helps to expand Abhiware.
